摘  要:目的:了解衡阳市不同品牌桶装饮用水在使用过程中部分卫生指标的变化情况,对桶装饮用水的使用期限提供实验依据。方法:选择衡阳市6个品牌3种类型桶装饮用水,在使用过程中按设定时间采集水样,分别检测其感官性状、部分理化指标和微生物指标。结果:6个品牌桶装饮用水第1天至第9天各项指标均合格,随着时间的增加,水中菌落总数不断增多,第12天菌落总数超标率42%,第15天菌落总数超标率达100%;理化指标和感官性状无明显变化,均符合卫生标准。结论:衡阳市6个品牌桶装水第1至第9天符合评价标准,第12至15天细菌总数超标,建议冬季桶装水应尽可能在12天内饮完。Objective: Study on the Change of hygienic quality of different brands of bottled drinking water through use in Hengyang City,To provide experimental evidence for the expiry date of bottled drinking water.Method: Selectde 6 brands 3 types of bottled drinking water in Hengyang City,and collected water samples according to setteda date,then detected the aesthetic quality,some physicochemical properties and microorganism indexs.Results: From 1 day to 9 day all the water samples of 6 brands 3 types of bottled drinking water met the hygiene standards,general bacterial population have constantly increased as time goes by,unqualified rate of general bacterial population of bottled drinking water was 42% in twelfth day,and 100% in fifteenth day,aesthetic quality and physicochemical properties without marked change.Conclusion: From 1 day to 9 day all the bottled drinking water met the hygiene standards,and unqualified From 12 day to 15 day in general bacterial population,and bottled drinking water should be finished within 10 days as far as possible in winter.
