摘　　要："校企合作、工学结合"是当今高等职业教育发展的关键和必由之路。"订单"培养是校企合作中的重要形式之一。围绕"订单"培养的人才培养模式,就"订单"培养的价值、原则以及"订单"培养的形式、过程和应注意的问题进行了阐述。The cooperation of colleges and enterprises and the combination of work and study are the key and the only way to developing higher vocational education.Order training is one of the important forms in the cooperation of colleges and enterprises.This paper surrounds talents＇ training mode in order training to make an explanation on the value and principle of order training,as well as the form,process and problems needed paying attention to of order training.
