教学工厂模式下专业人才培养基地的探讨

摘　　要：为提高高职教育教学质量,培养合格的专业人才,渤海船舶职业学院制定和实施了一整套教学工厂模式下的机械专业人才培养策略,开设了贯穿学业、就业、职业、创业全程关注的专题式指导课程,形成了"人性、务实、高效、特色"的学生职业发展体系。这个体系,即重组和优化教育资源,构建教学工厂模式;根据企业管理方式,将实训环境"企业化"。从而提高了高职的教学质量。In order to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education and cultivate eligible professional talents,Bohai Shipping Vocational College establishes and implements a whole set of new strategy of talents＇ training in mechanics major under the mode of teaching factory.It sets up special subject guidance courses through study,employment,occupation and entrepreneurship,forming students＇ vocational developing system of human,pragmatic,efficient and characteristics.This system reorganizes and optimizes educational resource to establish teaching factory mode.According to the form of enterprise management,training environment is made enterprise,which improves higher vocational teaching quality.
