摘　　要：职业院校要打破"知识本位"的传统教学思想,坚持"能力本位,就业导向"。为此,职业院校要把实践(实训)教学贯穿于职业教育整个人才培养的全过程,可采用模拟体验实训模式,以培养学生的创新精神,提高学生的综合职业能力,从而达到知识学习与动手运作有机融合,理论教学与实践教学双轨并合,专业培养与社会需求无缝接合的目的。Vocational College should break the traditional teaching idea of knowledge orientation,sticking to ability orientation and employment guidance.Therefore,vocational college should run practical teaching through the whole talents＇ training in vocational education,adopting stimulated experimental training mode to cultivate students＇ innovative spirit,and improve students＇ comprehensive vocational ability,so that the aim can be achieved by combining knowledge study and touch operation,theory teaching and practical teaching,major cultivation and social demand.
