摘  要:在缸内直喷汽油机上,对基于离子电流的HCCI燃烧检测方法进行了研究.结果表明,直喷方式下,离子电流信号受背景噪声影响,信噪比较低.当过量空气系数φa<1.6时,信号特征值与燃烧相位线性对应关系良好;但φa继续增加时,信号幅值大幅减弱,二者线性相关系数显著降低.喷油策略也会对燃烧相位检测结果造成影响,在相同过量空气系数下,当两阶段喷油比例降低时,信号幅值下降,导致燃烧相位检测误差的增加.当转速升高时,信号幅值有所提高,从而导致了燃烧相位检测误差的降低.此外,离子电流信号特征值与缸内燃烧峰值压力及平均有效压力之间存在高度的非线性对应关系,难以通过该信号直接反映上述燃烧状态参数的变化.Method of HCCI combustion detection using ion current signal was researched on a gasoline direct injection(GDI)engine.Results show that the reduced signal-to-noise ratio of ion current signals ap-peared on GDI engine due to the effect of background noise.However,good linear correlation between ion current signal and combustion phase is presented when excessive air coefficient is less than 1.6.When the mixture gets even leaner,the signal amplitude diminishes dramatically,and the linear correlation deteriorates evidently.Fuel injection strategy also strongly affects the combustion phase detection.The signal amplitude falls if the two stage fuel injection coefficient decreases,which accordingly enhances the error of combustion phase detection.Engine speed elevation reduces the detection error of combustion phase because of the correspondingly strengthened signal.Furthermore,ion current signal gives highly non-linear relationship with the in-cylinder peak pressure and indicated mean effective pressure(IMEP).Thus,it is hard to reflect such combustion parameters directly through ion current signal.
