摘　　要：对领军人物和企业创新绩效的概念进行了界定,提出了研发团队领军人物的能力特征,构建了研发团队运作过程模型和研发过程模型。依据研发团队领军人物能力特征,从研发团队运作过程和企业研发过程两个角度阐释了研发团队领军人物对企业创新绩效的影响机理。Defining the concept the lead of the enterprise and innovative performance,the team captain,the ability to build the team system model and the development process model.According to research and development capability and team lead the development team system and enterprise development process two points of view illustrates the team captain for the innovation of the performance of the mechanism.
