摘　　要：依据光折射原理,建立了利用光折射法测量牛乳乳糖质量含量的理论模型,提出了牛乳乳糖质量含量的快速高准确度测量方法。实验结果表明,本方法能准确、快速的测量牛乳中乳糖质量含量。According to the light dioptrie theory, the theoretical model of measuring the content of milk lactose based on the dioptric method has been obtained. In addition, the method of measuring milk lactose content with high speed and accuracy has been presented. The experimental results show that this method can measure lactose content in milk quickly and precisely.
