摘　　要：阐述了高职班主任对高职学生进行素质教育时,要育人为本,加强学生管理,注意批评教育的艺术性的观点。This paper starts from quality -oriented education during the management for high vocational class supervisors.And by analyzing the characteristics of vocational students,the author elaborates on the idea that class supervisor should be student-oriented, strengthen students＇ management,and be careful with the art of criticism in education.Combined with class and grade management,we should put the theory into practice and will achieve good results in quality - oriented education and criticism education.
