摘　　要：分析了影响审计学教学的主要因素。提出了运用启发式教学,激发学生的学习兴趣;运用案例教学,加强理论与实践结合;慎重选择教材,充分发挥教材的工具职能等提高审计学教学效果的方法。The elements to influence auditing teaching effectiveness are analyzed and some methods to improve auditing teaching effectiveness are put forward： stimulating students＇ learning interests through the application of hueristic teaching,enhancing the combination of theory and practice through the case teaching,choosing the textbooks carefully and fully playing the tool function of textbooks.
