摘  要:正式进入中国前,倍耐力(Pirelli)用了十多年,只做了一件事情一寻找理想的合作者,他们几乎谈遍了中国所有轮胎生产企业,漫长的让人不解,很谨慎、保守。不过,Pirelli就是Pirelli,一旦他们选准了对象,就会快刀斩乱麻,用最短时间把合作细节敲定。倍耐力亚太区CEO白贝说,从接触华勤到确定合资,只用了3个月时间。On March 7,2011,Giuseppe Cattaneo,CEO of Pirelli Asia Pacific explained the 138-year company's unique business logic in an exclusive interview with Sino-manager.Before its official entry into China,Pirelli spent more than 10 years doing just one thing—looking for an ideal partner.They negotiated with almost all tire manufacturers in China,taking a surprisingly long and conservative process,but don't make a mistake--once Pirelli identified the target,it finalized all terms of cooperation within a very short time.According to Giuseppe,from its initial contact with Huaqin until it decided to form a JV with the latter,it took only 3 months.
