高职院校商务英语专业学生职业能力调查分析——以闽西职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：增强学生职业能力是高职院校提高教学质量的核心。通过问卷调查和个别访谈分析商务英语专业学生的英语文化知识与能力、商务知识与能力和跨专业能力。结果显示,商务英语专业学生的英语文化知识与能力、商务知识与能力较弱,而跨专业能力较强。在专业建设和教学中,要明确专业培养目标、更新课程体系、优化教学方法和强化校内外实训等来提高商务英语专业学生的职业能力。Enhancing the students＇ professional competence is the core of improving teaching quality in vocational colleges. The Business English Majors＇ cultural knowledge and language skills, the business knowledge and skills and comprehensive ability are surveyed by questionnaire and individual interviews. The results show that the Business English and language skills and the business knowledge and skills are weak, majors＇ cuhural knowledge while the multi-disciplinary competency is high. In major construction and teaching, the business majors＇ professional capacity can be improved by defining a clear training objective, updating the course system, optimizing teaching methods and strengthening training programs.
