摘　　要：创新型企业是具有实施差异化战略的内在特质的企业。对于创新型企业而言,企业文化是驱动企业持续创新的内在动力,同时也为企业创新活动提供显性和隐性的保障与支持。通过分析创新型企业文化的内涵和层次,提出创新型文化的构建方案,为企业创新文化建设提供了参考。Innovative companies have specialty of implementing differentiation strategy.Enterprise culture that support security of dominance and invisibility for innovative activities is inherent power of promoting continuous innovation.In this paper,the author put forward scheme of innovative culture,and supported reference for building innovative culture through analyzing content and level of enterprise.
