摘　　要：应用型大学的产生既是现代大学适应市场经济需要,主动服务于社会发展的体现,也是现代大学对原有办学理念和发展路径的反思与改革的结果。办教学应用型大学就必须建立与之相对应的教育体系,确立应用型人才培养的目标定位,实施应用型人才培养过程,并建立与之相适应的教学管理机制。Have applied both the University of the modern university to adapt to market economy,active service in the social development of the law,but also the concept of modern university education and development of the original path of the result of reflection and reform.Office of Teaching and Learning Universities must be established corresponding to the educational system,established applied targeting personnel training,personnel training to implement the process applied,and the establishment of corresponding teaching management mechanism.
