摘　　要：多元化办学体制有利于整合社会教育资源,促进私人、社会和政府之间在办学上的紧密合作。清末,张謇本着父教育、母实业的朴素理念,在南通建立了适应工业化发展的相对完整的新式教育体系,推动了中国职业教育的多元化、均衡化发展。Diversified school system is good for conforming social education resources,promoting tight cooperation between private and governmental schooling.In the late Qing dynasty,Zhanjian set up a rather complete new education system on the purpose of educating new talents for industry in Nantong based on the simple concept that education is the father of society while industry is the mother,which promoted the development of vocational education in China in a diversified and balanced way.
