摘　　要：对施工图审查机构内部绩效考核与分配机制进行了研究,阐述了改革绩效考核与分配制度的意义、现实环境及背景,分析了其现状与存在问题,进而提出了改革的原则、思路和建议,给出了具体的改革方案。The article makes a study on the system reform of internal performance assessing and distribution in working drawings examination organizations,expatiates the significances,the existing environment and background of the reform,analyzes the current situation and problems,puts forward some principles and trains of thought of and suggestions to the reform,and provides some specific reform plans.
