摘　　要：中国现代学术有两个显著的特征,且彼此间有一种内在的联系。第一,用西方具体学科的概念、方法来阐释中国的学术及其问题。这种研究之道叫做"借别人的钥匙开自己的锁"。第二,中国现代学术是一个持续地走向非传统之道的冒险历程。中国现代学术可以魏源之"师夷长技以制夷"为起点,迄严复大译西书始;尤其是关于体用之辨发表后,中国学者就开始了以西方思想作基础思考中国问题,以西学作规范研究中国学术的取向。这种研究策略基本上定型。Academic research in contemporary China has two significant features,and there is an inherent link between each other.First,the specific descipline with Western concepts and methods to illustrate the academic research in contemporary China with relevant issues.This study method is called that ＂To open their own locks by other＇s key＂.Second,the academic research in contemporary China is an adventure towards sustainable to non-traditional way.And the academic research in contemporary China could take Wei Yuan of the ＂Learn foreign advanced technology,inturn,respond to foreign aggression＂ as its starting point,until Yan Fu beginning to translate a large number of foreign book,especially after the release of the ＂body-use＂ dispute,the Chinese scholars began to consider China based on Western thought,so as to form the academic orientation of researching China with the norms of Western academic.This research strategy is basically stereotypes.
