摘 要:目的了解某综合三级甲等医院护士的核心自我评价和工作绩效现状,并探讨二者的关系,为稳定护理队伍,进行有效的绩效管理提供依据。方法采用核心自我评价量表和工作绩效量表对某综合医院188名临床一线护士进行调查。结果护士的核心自我评价得分(36.65±5.39)分,工作绩效总分(162.24±5.20)分,其核心自我评价与工作绩效总分呈正相关(r=0.635,P<0.05),不同学历、工作年限的护士工作绩效总分和核心自我评价得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同职称的护士工作绩效总分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论某综合三级甲等医院临床一线护士的核心自我评价与工作绩效处于中等偏上水平,核心自我评价越高,工作绩效越高,且学历、工作年限是护士核心自我评价及工作绩效的相关因素。Objective To investigate the core selfevaluation and job performance of nurses,and analyze the relationship between them, so as to provide a new perspective for more effective performance management to enhance the stabilization of the nursing teams. Method A total of 188 clinical nurses in a general hospital were investigated with Core Self - Evaluation Scale (CSES) and Job Performance Appraisal Scale ( JPAS ). Results The mean score of CSES was (36.65 ±5.39 ), and the mean score of JPAS was ( 162.24 ± 5.20 ). The score of core self - evaluation was significantly correlated with the job performance ( r = 0.635,P 〈 0.05). There were significant differenees among nurses with different levels of edueation and years of working experience in the job performance and core self - evaluation (P 〈0.01 ) ,the score of nurses with different proffessional titles in job performance had significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The nurses in the general hospital are in or above medium level of core self - evaluation and job performance. The higher core self - evaluation,the higher degree of job performance. Educational background and work experience have an important impaCt on core self - evaluation and job performance of nurses.
