摘　　要：基于创新人才的培养要求,探讨了现代控制理论课程的教学改革方案.首先提出了优化教学内容、科研内容与课程教学内容有机结合、注重仿真与实验的课程内容改革方案;接着提出了以学生需求为主导的教学方式改革;最后提出了兼顾能力与知识的综合考核方法.Teaching reform for modern control theory course is studied based on the requirement of the innovative talent training.A new scheme of the curriculum reform is first presented which includes optimizing the teaching contents,combining the teaching contents and research contents,and emphasizing simulations and experiments.Then,the teaching mode reform which is leaded by the needs of students is proposed.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation method taking into account ability and knowledge is proposed.
