摘　　要：浙江工商职业技术学院楼宇智能化专业在多年办学经验积累的基础上,开展专业教学与行业岗位相衔接的、毕业证与职业证书双证融通的教学改革实践,形成了相对成熟的"双证制"人才培养模式。其核心是构建双证融通的专业课程体系,按照国家职业标准配置优化实训设备和实训师资,开展智能楼宇管理师的培训与鉴定,并形成管理制度。The building intelligentization specialty of Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Business has carried out the teaching reform practice of linking specialty teaching with industrial posts and integrating graduation certificates with professional certificates,and formed mature ＂dual-certificate＂ talent cultivation model.Its core lies in building the specialty curriculum system of dual-certificate integration,collocating and optimizing training infrastructure and teaching staff according to national professional standard,training and identifying managers of intellectual buildings and form management system.
