摘　　要：随着高职幼儿教育专业的逐步发展,越来越多的幼儿教育高职生走入一线工作岗位。而国内幼儿教育专业的高职学生职后教育和学习支持机制处于缺失状态,迫切需要建立一种机制促进幼儿教育教师的职业发展,为幼儿教育高职生的职后教学和教研提供服务。因此,本文尝试构建了面向职后幼儿教育高职生的网络学习共同体,分析了该共同体的构成要素及过程模型,并研究了其具有的系统与生态特性。该共同体对幼儿教师教育质量的提升起到一定的促进作用。with the progressive development of vocational nursery education,more and more vocational college students have taken up post in this field.interiorly,after-employment and learning support system in deficiency,so it is urgent to set up a kind of system to promote the vocational development of nursery teachers and to provide teaching and research services for nursery students.therefore,this paper tries to establish the e-learning community for them and analyze the inscape and process model of this community,as well as its system and ecological characters.the e-learning community really contributes to the quality of education promo ability.
