期望理论视角下的高职高专教师激励研究

摘　　要：高职高专教师是高职高专教育中最为活跃的因素,如何充分调动高职高专教师的工作积极性,是一个非常值得研究的课题。期望理论是当前比较流行的一种激励理论,根据这一理论,针对当前影响高职高专教师积极性的因素进行分析,具体分析了努力、绩效、奖励、目标、工具性等因素,并在此基础上制定出有效提高高职高专教师积极性的若干激励策略。Higher vocational and academic teachers are the most active factors.How to fully mobilize their enthusiasm is a very interesting topic.Expectation theory is a popular incentive theory at present.According to this theory,this paper analyses the effort,performance,incentives,goals,instrument and other factors which influence college teachers and puts forward some incentive strategies to effectively improve the college teachers＇ enthusiasm.
