摘　　要：《正义的公平》一书在对中国文化传统、实际的公共政策以及管理领域内相关问题的研究的基础上,提出了"新仁学"的正义理论,并以此价值哲学框架作为探讨当代中国社会正义与公平问题的理论基础。该书对正义观的讨论既吸收了西方正义理论,也融入了中国传统文化中的正义观,更注重当下社会主义正义制度建设的实践,涉及到中国社会主义制度建设的各个方面。该书成果既是正义理论的一种创新,也为中国社会主义正义制度的建设与实践指出了可供遵循的模式。The theory of the new Ren-learning is shown in Justice Fair based on the research on Chinese tradition,practical public policy and issues of management.This philosophy is used as the theoretical base of present social justice and fair.The thought in this book integrates west and Chinese traditional theories on justice and fair,but it emphasizes the present practice on social justice construction which is related to aspects of Chinese socialism construction.The book provides not only a creative justice theory but a model for Chinese socialism construction.
