摘　　要：利用国内信息化500强企业榜单和上市公司2003—2008年面板数据进行配对比较,结果显示IT能力强的企业拥有更高的流程双元性,而流程双元性与组织绩效的两个重要指标ROA和非财务费用率显著相关.最后对理论和实践意义进行了讨论,提出了存在的不足.It makes the comparison on the data from the first-ranked 500 informatization enterprises in China and the panel data of related listed corporations from 2003 to 2008.The results show that the group of enterprises with strong IT capability has higher process ambidexterity than the weak group,and there is a significant relation between process ambidexterity and two important performance indicators of ROA and the non-financial expense rate.Finally,it discusses the implications for theory and practice,and points out the limitations.
