摘  要:我国高等职业教育经过几十年的发展,现已占据高等教育的半壁江山,但在内涵建设上距欧美等发达国家尚有很大差距。本文在对高等职业教育现有人才培养模式进行详细分析的基础上,针对培养学生的技术应用能力过程中存在的若干问题进行了深入分析,进而探讨了实践教学体系的建立过程,并在实践教学过程中引入管理科学的过程质量考核办法,全面保障高素质技术应用型人才的培养质量。With rapid development over the past decades, higher vocational education already mainly dominated higher education,but compared with developed country there was very great disparity in connotation construction.On the basis of detailed analysis on talents training pattern in higher vocational education,the paper presented a deep analysis of the existing problems during the process of training technical application ability,then constructed practical teaching system,and introdu- ced process quality evaluation into the practical teaching to guarantee training quality of high quality technical application talents.
