摘  要:郑州黄河公铁两用桥是斜边桁无竖杆的三主桁、单索面多塔斜拉桥,为了使该桥建成后达到设计目标受力状态,对其施工全过程进行控制,钢梁顶推过程中以最大悬臂状态关键杆件内力控制为主、线形控制为辅;顶推到位后以预制桥面板抄垫高程和索力控制为重点。建立板梁索相结合的空间模型模拟施工过程,根据计算结果确定施工临时平联布设方案,并实现顶推过程平面中线控制、顶推完成后墩顶3桁高差调整、桥面板高差控制、斜拉索张拉控制,确保各施工阶段的杆件内力、斜拉索索力和主梁线形3项指标均达到设计要求。Zhengzhou Huanghe River Rail-cum-Road Bridge is a single-cable-plane and multi-pylon cable-stayed bridge having three main trusses without vertical members and with two inclined side trusses.To ensure that the completed bridge of the bridge could meet the design target force conditions,the whole construction process of the bridge was controlled.In the process of incremental launching of the steel truss girder,the internal force in the critical members of the girder in the state of the maximum cantilever was controlled mainly while the geometric shape of the girder was controlled subsidiarily.Once the girder was launched in place,the precast deck slab leveling elevation and the cable forces of stay cables were the major points that would be particularly controlled.The spatial models of the slab-girder-cable were set up to simulate the construction process and in accordance with the calculation,the arrangement of temporary construction lateral bracings was determined,the control of center line in plane in the process of the launching,the adjustment of height difference of the three main trusses atop piers after the launching,the control of height difference of the deck slabs and the control of tensioning of the stay cables were realized and consequently the three indices of the internal force in the members,the cable forces of the stay cables and the geometric shape of the girder in various construction stages were all ensured.
