摘 要:针对汽车制动器试验台电惯量补偿控制方法不够准确、稳定性不高的问题;分析飞轮组测控时序图,综合比较了多个相关电机惯量控制方法;在此基础上,研究自回归滤波器卡尔曼滤波理论,给出汽车制动台测控系统的状态向量、观测向量及相关的系统误差的定义;建立了电动机驱动电流依赖于观测量的卡尔曼滤波模型;模型以实测数据进行仿真计算,实验结果与传统测控方法相比,误差指标更好及系统更稳定;该控制方法可为制动器试验台能量补偿控制方法的改进提供参考。Aim at problems existed in related vehicles brake test bed research whose control method is not accurate enough and lack of stability,sequence diagram of flywheel 's measurement and control was analysis.Related control methods were compared comprehensively.Based on it,theory of Kalman filter which is autoregressive has been discussed.We provide definitions of state vector,measurement vector and relevant system error.A specified Kalman filter model was made.In the model,current of motor depends on measurements.The model was simulated with measured data.According to test result,better index of error and stability was acquired compared with traditional methods.The control method presents a reference for further improvement of brake test bed's research.
