摘  要:文章阐述了船体外板加工的现状,介绍了多点成形技术的原理及在国内外的发展,同时在分析多点成形技术的优缺点的基础上提出了新的板材成形技术即非对压多压头冲压成形技术.结合成形过程系统地研究了这种新成形技术的抑制成形板材压痕、皱折的原理.并利用自主研制开发的弯板实验样机对不同厚度的板材进行成形实验并对实验结果进行了分析,验证了其有效性.The status of hull plate processing was described in this paper, the multi-point forming technology and its development at home and abroad was introduced. Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of multi-point forming technology, the novel sheet metal forming method was proposed, it is the no-pair dins forming mechanism with square press heads. Combined with the forming process, the principle of the suppression of impression and wrinkling was researched .The experiments on the sheet plate with different thickness were made on the self-made device and the experimental results show it was practical.
