摘  要:合作学习模式的效果与教师的作用有密切的相关性。根据现代教育理论,教师不再是简单的知识传授者,更应该是学生学习的帮助者和引导者。文章从财务管理课程实践中认识到教师的导学作用应贯穿于教育活动的全过程。教学设计中"导学"设计是灵魂,教学实施中"导学"方法是关键,教学评价中"导学"激励是保障。The effects of cooperative learning and the role of teachers are closed related.According to modern educational theory,the teacher's role is not the simply imparting of knowledge,and they should be the helper and guide for students learning.From the practice of financial management courses,we recognize that the guiding role of teachers should be run through the whole process of education.The design of guiding learning is the soul during the teaching design;the method of guiding learning is the key in the teaching;the encouragement of guiding learning is the main indicator in the teaching evaluation.
