摘　　要：地震监测中心主要是以手机短信形式向有关人员发送地震速报信息,需要查看震中的详细位置或震中距只能手工在地图上查找测量。地震速报实时显示系统,可以以电子地图的形式直观显示地震三要素使用户除了能用手机短信获取信息外,还可以通过客户端软件实时获取地震速报信息。The earthquake quick report information is sent to the related workers through SMS of mobile phone by the earthquake monitor center.The details of epicenter location and epicentral distance can only be measured in map by hand.The development of the earthquake quick report and real-time display system not only can get SMS by mobile phone,but also can supply the information through the client software which can directly show the three elements of an earthquake in the electronic map.
