摘　　要：随着计算机技术与网络技术的飞速发展,我们的社会已经进入了一个信息化的社会。高校人事管理系统作为高校管理系统的重要组成部分,开发出一套行之有效的高校人事管理信息系统不仅是建设好高校教职工队伍的一项重要的基础工作,也是实现高校现代化管理、加速决策科学化的重要途经。Along with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,our society has entered into an information-based society.The personnel management system of colleges and universities is a important part of college and university management system.Development of effective personnel management information system for colleges and universities is not only a important work for building the faculty team of colleges and universities,but also a important approach for realizing modern management and speeding up the scientification of decision making of colleges and universities.
