益脂康降糖降脂作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究益脂康对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的降糖降脂作用。方法采用高脂饲料联合链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)30mg/kg腹腔注射,建立2型糖尿病合并高脂血症大鼠模型,查空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)。将造模成功后的36只大鼠随机均分为3组:中药1组(3ml/kg益脂康);中药2组(9ml/mg益脂康);西药组(盐酸二甲双胍2ml/kg+非诺贝特3ml/kg)。按设计方案灌胃给药,1次/d。连续给药2月后复查FBG、TC、TG、ALT,观察疗效。正常对照组10只大鼠给予等量生理盐水。结果益脂康可以显著降低FBG、TC及TG,且对肝脏功能损害较小。结论益脂康对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症有显著降糖降脂疗效。Objective To research the and lipid-lowering effect of Yizhikang in rats with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia.Methods High fat diet combined with streptozotocin（STZ） 30mg/kg intraperitoneal injection were utilized to establish the rat model with type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia.Fasting blood glucose（FBG）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG） and alanine aminotransferase（ALT） were tested.Thirty-six successful model rats were randomly divided into 3 groups： Chinese medicine group 1（accepting 3 ml/kg Yizhikang）,Chinese medicine group 2（accepting 9ml/kg Yizhikang）,western medicine group（2 ml/kg metformin hydrochloride and 3 ml/kg fenofibrate）.Intragastric administration was performed once each day.After 2 months of continuous administration,FBG,TC,TG and ALT were tested to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Normal control group of 10 rats was given normal saline.Results Yizhikang can significantly reduce FBG,TC and TG,and had less damage on the liver function.Conclusion Yizhikang has significant therapeutic effect for type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia.
