阳桃叶挥发性成分的气相色谱/质谱分析

摘　　要：目的:研究阳桃叶的挥发性成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取阳桃叶中的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析鉴定,并采用峰面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量。结果:共分离出50个色谱峰,鉴定了其中24个化学成分,占化合物检出总量的72.00%。结论:阳桃叶的挥发性成分主要为脂肪酸类、脂肪烷烃类及萜类。Objective：To study the volatiles from leaves of Averrhoa carambola.Method： The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.Result： Fifty peaks were separated and twenty-four of them were identified,representing about 72.00% of the total content.The main types of the volatiles were aliphatic acids,alkanes and terpenoids.Conclusion： This research could give a scientific basis for the further research on the leaves of A.carambola.
