摘　　要：校企合作是高职院校专业建设实施工学结合的重要途径。达利女装学院依据杭州女装产业发展的现状和需求,积极进行服装专业人才培养模式的实践与探索,构建基于达利典型产品的项目化课程体系,通过校企紧密合作,以产业、企业生产实际引领教学,培养学生职业技能与职业素质,提高人才培养质量。School-enterprise cooperation is the important way to combine working and studying together for the major construction of higher vocational colleges.Based on the current situation of the development of HangZhou suit-dress industry,Dali Suit-dress College develops and practices the personnel training for clothing industry.Under the typical project curriculum system,through school-enterprise cooperation,using resources of industry and enterprise production,the college develops the professional skills and quality of students to enhance the quality of the personnel training.
