摘　　要：独立学院法学专业第二课堂建设是一个长期而复杂的过程,需要克服活动形式单调、专项投入不足、专业指导欠缺、学生专业认同感不强等困难,促进法学专业教育的实施和法学学生实践能力的提高,更好地实现法学应用型人才的培养目标。The establishment of second classroom for law majors in the independent college is a long process in which teaching staff will have to overcome more difficulties such as monotonous activities,insufficiency of fund,lack of professional guidance,weak recognition from students and so on.Therefore college administration is required to take measures to deal with these difficulties.
