摘　　要：运用博弈论对不同条件下组织之间相互信任的建立过程进行分析,推断出在知识网络中建立组织之间相互信任需要满足的条件不等式。由于网络中结构洞的存在,知识网络中存在两种建立相互信任的初始情境,即有无第三方信息源两种情况,分析了这两种情境下知识网络中组织之间的相互信任建立过程。By using game theory,this paper analyzed the establishing process of mutual trust among different entities under different conditions.Through the analysis,this paper deduced the conditional inequality of building mutual trust among knowledge network members.As structural holes exist in the network,there are two initial situations of building trust,the difference of the two situations is whether third-party sources of information exists.The paper also studied the establishing process of mutual trust under those two situations.
