摘　　要：教师专业化发展现已成为世界教师教育发展的主流。通过调查发现,目前在师范生专业技能培养方面存在明显的不足,亟需改革人才培养模式,调整课程结构,加强专业技能训练,建立理论实践教学的联合体,全面提高师范生的专业技能和综合素质,增强其从业能力和社会竞争力,有效提升高等师范院校的教学质量。The pursuit of teacher＇s professional development has become the mainstream in worldwide teacher education development.According to the research,normal university students lack in professional skills.It is highly required to reform the talent-training mold,adjust curriculum structure,strengthen professional skills training,build up unity of theory and practice teaching,enhance students＇ comprehensive quality,increase their job competence and social competitiveness,and finally raise the teaching quality of normal universities.
