摘　　要：中国传统的"人文化成"思想具有丰富的思想政治教育意蕴,它自觉地开启了中国几千年来的教化传统,"人文化成"传统中以"人性可化"作为教育依据、以"成人"作为教育目标、以"人文"与"文化"作为教育资源、以"德化"与"感化"作为教育方法的思想,在今天的思想政治教育工作中依然具有重要的启示意义。There is great ideological and political education implication of Chinese traditional humanization thought.Chinese enlightenment tradition was officially opened by Humanization thought.Chinese Humanization thought has important ideological and political education inspiration such as the understanding that human can be transformed,the educational goal that educate people to become a perfect man,the concept that use humanities and culture as educational resources,and the concept that use morality influence and emotional infection as methods.
