摘　　要：社会的发展与时代的进步要求高校思想政治理论课教学工作必须进行深层的改革与创新,其内容涉及教师队伍、教学理念、教学形式、教学方法、教学载体及教学考评等诸多方面。只有与时俱进,加强教师队伍建设、转变教育教学理念、创新教学途径、改革教学方法、更新教学载体、完善对学生学习的综合考评,才能进一步提高思想政治理论课的教育教学实效。Society＇s development and the time progress request university thought politics theory class teaching must carry on in-depth reform and the innovation, its content involves the teacher troop, the teaching idea, the teaching form, the teaching method, the teaching carrier and the teaching examination and so on many aspects. Therefore, only then strengthens the teacher troop construction, the transformation eduoation teaching idea, promotes the student main body status, the innovation teaching way, strengthens the practice teaching link, the reform teaching method, pays great attention the classroom interaction, the renewal teaching carrier, the proper attention to both teaching actual effect, consummates synthesis examination which studies to the student, can further strengthen the thought politics theory class the teaching effectiveness.
