摘　　要：双语教学在很多高校已经实施多年,取得了一些成绩,也获得了一些经验,但一般仅限于某一门课程实施双语教学,文章就双语教学的定义、目的及意义、地方高校高分子材料与工程专业如何系统性地开展双语教学进行了部分探索。Bilingual Teaching had been implmented in many institutions of higher learning for many years,some achievements and experiences have been obtained.The definition,purpose and significance of bilingual education were introduced,it was discussed how to implement bilingual education systematically in polymer materials and engineering major at city colleges universities.
