摘  要:目的了解医院合同制护士的工作满意度及压力源,为规范合同制护士管理、稳定合同制护士队伍、提高护理质量提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查法,调查温州市某两所三级乙等医院204名合同制护士的一般情况、工作满意度、工作压力源的现状及其相关因素。结果合同制护士工作满意度平均得分为(2.74±0.15)分,总体满意度较低,满意度最低的项目是福利待遇和专业发展机会;工作压力源平均得分为(2.27±0.58)分,合同制护士的护理专业和工作方面的问题、对患者护理方面的问题以及工作量与时间分配的问题为压力的主要来源。结论提高福利待遇、创造职业发展机会,减轻工作压力是减少离职、稳定和发展合同制护士队伍的有效途径。Objective To examine the job satisfaction and stressor of contract nurses so as to provide evidence for standardizing the management of contract nurses,stabilizing the staff of contract nurses and elevating nursing quality.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted about general state,job satisfaction and stressors of 204 contract nurses in two Class III Level B hospitals in Wenzhou.Results The mean score of job satisfaction of the contract nurses was 2.74±0.15.The whole job satisfaction was comparatively low and the lowest score was in the items of treatment and development opportunity in their specilities.The mean score of job stressors was 2.27士0.58.The main job stressors of contract nurses were the issues in their nursing specialties and job,nursing for patients and workload and time allocation.Conclusion The effective way for reducing resignation and stabilizing the staff of contract nurses is to raise the welfare benefits,provide more development opportunity in specialties and alleviate job stress.
