摘　　要：针对现行“教育电视系统”教材在结构体系、内容体系、开放程度、教材形式、教材质量等方面的缺失，The existing problems on teaching textbook of educational television system course in structure system,content system,open level,teaching textbook form,teaching quality and etc are described and,based on this,reforming idea and basic frame in system of content and structure on compiling new teaching textbook are given in this paper.
