摘  要:通过对管理者与员工间心理契约的研究,阐述了这种心理契约与绩效管理的关系,认为这一双向沟通的契约关系对组织进行成功的绩效管理提供了良好的基础和支撑;针对管理者与员工间心理契约的特点,从促进绩效提高的角度提出了双方为建立这种契约关系所做的准备和具体步骤;最后指出管理者与员工间心理契约被运用于实践工作的各个层面后所产生的影响。Via the study on the psychological contract between managers and employees,this paper expounds the relations between this kind of psychological contract and the management of organizational performance,and proves such mutual communicative contract which can provides good foundations and supports for organizations to manage their performance successfully.According the specialties of the psychological contract between managers and employees,the paper provides some preparations and specific steps for the establishment of the contract from the perspective of promoting the performance.Finally,the paper indicates that with the using of the psychological contract between managers and employees on respect of practice works,it can improve the relations and trusts between managers and employees through grasping the employees' requirements accurately and understand the mutual expectations,then it gives the positive influence of the improvement of organizational performance.
