摘  要:磨毛机是纺织后整理关键设备。由于国内绝大多数磨毛机控制系统都采用变频器驱动,张力控制方式采用开环控制,因此系统实时性不高,张力调节不稳定,磨毛效果不理想。为了更好地解决系统运行的同步性问题,提高系统实时性,实现磨毛机张力动态平稳调节,研究了一种以小型高性能PLC CP1H为核心,采用交流伺服和变频协同控制的磨毛机控制系统。该控制系统成功应用于海宁纺织机械厂ME776ASF型磨毛机上,研究结果表明,该磨毛机运行同步性好,张力调节快速准确,磨毛效果良好,整体性能较传统磨毛机有较大提升。Sanding machine is one of critical situation is that most of the domestic control inverters and the tension control uses open equipments in textile finishing. The current systems of the sanding machine are driven by loop system, resulting in drawbacks of the machine, such as low real-time performance of system, unstable tension adjusting and poor sanding performance. In order to solve the problem of system synchronization, improve the real-time performance of system and achieve the dynamic and stable tension-adjustment of the sanding machine, a control system of the sanding machine was studied. The control system adopted cooperative control of the A. C. servo system and the inverter system based on the miniature high performance PLCC P1H. The control system of the sanding machine had been applied to the ME776ASF sanding machine in Haining Textile Machinery Factory successfully. The study indicated that the sanding machine had good system synchronization, accuracy tension adjustment and good sanding effect. Comparing with the conventional ones, the overall performance of the sanding machine was promoted.
