摘 要:在考察Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂对巴西菇多糖提纯工艺影响的过程中,用单因素试验研究了提取原液稀释倍数、澄清剂用量、澄清剂絮凝温度对多糖损失率和蛋白脱除率的影响,进一步以多糖纯度为考察指标,利用响应面分析法优化各因素及其相互作用后获得的最佳工艺条件为提取原液稀释倍数7.20,澄清剂用量7.44%,澄清剂絮凝温度57.23℃,此时,巴西菇多糖纯度为62.78%。In the purification of polysaccharides in Agaricus brasiliensis by Ⅱ type ZTC1+1 natural clarifying agents,single factor experiment was adopted to study the effects of dilution fold of extract,the amount of Ⅱ type ZTC1+1 added and flocculation temperature on the protein removal rate and loss rate of polysaccharides.Furthermore,the optimization of the various factors and their interation was analyzed by response surface method through determining the purity of polysaccharides.The optimum experimental conditions were as follows: the dilution multiple was 7.20,the adding amount of natural clarifying agent(i.e.B and A) to the concentrated solution was 7.44%,the flocculation temperature was 57.23℃.Under these conditions,the purity of polysaccharides was 62.78%.
