摘　　要：有效地开发和科学合理地管理人力资源是现代企业走向成功的关键。中小民营企业由于自身的发展特点,在人力资源管理上存在着诸多问题,究其原因主要是缺乏现代管理理念。中小民营企业应该切实从自身的条件出发,找出适合自身发展的对策。The efficient development and scientific management of human resource is the key for modern enterprises to make success.There exist some problems in human resource management for small and medium-sized private enterprises because of their own developing characteristics,which focus on the lack of modern management concept.Small and medium-sized private enterprises should start from their own conditions,and find out the measures suitable for their own development.
