摘　　要：功效作为中药作用性质和作用特点的高度概括与集中总结,它的规范化研究深刻影响着中药的临床应用与现代研究。本文依据功能靶点提出中药功效术语规范化的研究思路。首先,整理归纳功能靶点数据;其次,结合理论及数据分析,明确各功能靶点的病理状态与作用方式;再次,分析病理状态与作用方式之间的对应关系;最后,根据两者的关系实现中药功效术语的规范。此思路将进一步推动中医药术语的规范化工作,促进中药临床安全有效的使用。Functional analysis concisely summarizes and concentrates on the therapeutic characteristics and features of Chinese herbal medicine.Standardization of the terms for Chinese herbal functions not only plays a key role in modern research and development of Chinese herbal medicine,but also has far-reaching clinical applications.In this paper,a new method for standardizing the terms for Chinese herbal function was proposed.Firstly,functional targets were collected.Secondly,the pathological conditions and the mode of action of every functional target were determined by analyzing the references.Thirdly,the relationships between the pathological condition and the mode of action were determined based on Chinese medicine theory and data.This three-step approach allows for standardization of the terms for Chinese herbal functions.Promoting the standardization of Chinese medicine terms will benefit the overall clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine.
