摘  要:研究了Co2+对芹菜无菌苗下胚轴胚状体发生及其乙烯释放量的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内Co2+促进胚状体的发生,Co2+浓度过高效果下降。培养物乙烯释放量随培养时间逐渐下降,Co2+能进一步降低相应的乙烯释放量。在Co2+作用下芹菜胚状体发生率和密度均与乙烯累积释放量呈显著的负相关。Co2+对芹菜胚状体发生的促进作用可能与其抑制乙烯释放有关。The effect of Co 2+ on formation of embryoid from the hypocotyl of sterile celery seedling was studied,and the releasing levels of ethylene during formation of the embryoid were detected by gas chromatography,respectively.The results showed that Co 2+ enhanced the formation of celery embryoid,but the effect decreased with further rise of its concentration.The releasing levels of ethylene from the cultures reduced with culture time,which were furthered by Co 2+ .There were remarkable negative correlation between either density or induction rate of celery embryoid and the releasing levels of ethylene,respectively.It was inferred that the reduction of the releasing level of ethylene caused by Co 2+ should be one of the reasons why the formation of celery embryoid was enhanced.
