类比法与启发式教学方法在诊断学教学中的应用体会

摘　　要：诊断学是联系基础医学与临床医学的桥梁课程。体格检查的知识点多、细、杂，教与学都有一定的难度，类比法与启发式教学方法相结合不但能加深学生对理论知识的理解，而且能帮助其掌握体格检查操作的要求和手法。Diagnostics is a bridge curriculum between basic and clinical medicine. The knoledge points of physical examination are too many, nfinute and miscellaneous, which is both difficult to teach and tearn. The combination of analogy and heuristic teaching method can not only deepen the students＇ understanding to theory knowledge, but also help they maste the requirements and technique of physical examination for operation in and techniques.
