摘　　要：在国家高度重视人才培养、强调人才资源能力建设的今天,大学生作为国家宝贵的人才资源,其知识学习的重要性日益受到关注。本研究通过分析高校高水平运动员的学习行为特点,探讨如何加强对高水平运动员学习指导,使之形成良好的学习习惯,以培养高素质的人才。Nowadays,China has put more stress on talent culivation and talent ability construction.As a result,more attention has been paid to the study of college students as precious resource.In this paper,it has made an investigation and research of the problems and solutions to the high-level athletic students＇ literacy study in universities of Shandong province（Qunxing Project No.qx0902058）.The current paper analyzes the features of high-level athletic students and discusses how to strenthern the guide to their study,so as to help them form good habits and cultivate high quality talents.
