摘 要:实验利用浓硫酸氧化淀粉制备了改性淀粉,其颜色为棕红色;然后在不同浓度、温度、Ca2+浓度、pH下,对淀粉及改性淀粉的阻垢性能进行了测试。结果发现,淀粉高效阻垢的最佳浓度为8mg/L,最佳温度为70℃,在此最佳浓度、最佳温度下对应阻垢效率为23.3%;改性淀粉高效阻垢的最佳浓度为0.61mg/L,最佳温度为80℃,在此最佳浓度、最佳温度下对应阻垢效率为84.7%;对比可见,改性淀粉用量减少到淀粉用量的1/13,但效率提高了3.5倍。淀粉及改性淀粉的阻垢效率都随着Ca2+浓度及pH的增加而减小,说明Ca2+浓度、pH是影响阻垢剂阻垢效率率的重要因素。The experiment we use concentrated sulfuric acid to oxidize starch in order to prepare modified starch that the colour is brown-red,and then we did the starch and modified starch scale performance testing in different concentrations,temperature,Ca2+ concentration,pH.It was found that the best concentration of efficient starch scale is 8 mg/L,the best temperature is 70 ℃,under this best concentration and tmperature the corresponding inhibition rate is 23.3%.The best concentration of efficient modified starch scale is 0.61 mg/L,the best temperature is 80 ℃,under this best concentration and tmperature the corresponding inhibition rate is 84.7%.Comparison shows that the amount of modified starch is reduced to 1/13 of the amount of the starch,but the efficiency is improved by 3.5 times.The inhibition rate of starch and modified starch decreases with the increase of Ca2+ concentration and pH,it was indicated that Ca2+ concentration and pH are the important factors that affect the inhibition rate of scale inhibitor.
